ฮ่องกงในวันที่ฟ้าครึ้ม มองจากฝั่งน้ำ เห็นตึกสูงระฟ้า

Eat, travel, worship in Hong Kong for 5 days and 4 nights.

Day 1 Bangkok – Hong Kong

This trip we traveled with Emirates Airlines, got a promotional price of around 6xxx, afternoon flight, comfortable seats according to the standard of a full-service airline, there was a screen to watch movies, we finished one movie just in time to arrive in Hong Kong. The food on the plane was average, leaning towards bland, as is the case with international fare.

When we arrived at the airport, we decided to use the Klook service to call a car to the hotel. The driver asked us to add his WhatsApp to communicate the information about waiting for the car. The cost was around 1xxx for an Alphard van to the hotel. Travelodge Kowloon

Hotel Review We didn't take any photos, but overall it's okay for the price of 2400 per room per night. The room is clean and there's no cigarette smell, but there's a little bit of smoke along the way. But the only downside is that there's only one elevator and it's small, only 2-3 people can use it, so you have to wait quite a while. The location of the hotel is good, right next to a 7-Eleven, and across the street is street food.

In the evening, we walked to Tsim Sha Tsui to find something to eat. We didn't have a plan for which restaurants to go to, so we just went to any restaurants that looked delicious.

And we got a Xiao Long Bao shop………very good….the soup was very fragrant. And in the same area, next to it, we found a noodle shop. It was also good. We waited in line for a short while.

Day 2 Nong Ping – Tai O Village

We arrived early, it was raining so it wasn't too hot but there were people waiting to buy tickets. We waited for about 1 hour before we could get on. We bought tickets from Klook. I highly recommend it, it's faster.

Walking up the stairs to pay homage to the Big Buddha, my legs almost fell off. On the way up the cable car, I saw a path that kept going up the mountain and then I came across Ngong Ping. So I tried searching for information. In conclusion, it was walkable. So I went to tell the Big Buddha that if I had to follow my goal, I would have to walk up the mountain to pay homage again. But in reality, I should have done it at least once in my life before I got too old to walk.

Tai O Village

When we arrived at Tai O Village, it was very hot and hot. If you are visiting in the middle of the year during the summer, I recommend bringing survival gear such as a fan, cooling spray, and wet cloth. There are quite a few riverside cafes, but when we went, many were closed. We tried searching on Google Maps until we found it. We were not disappointed. The taste was good.

Leaving the village, stop by Citygate Outlets Then take the train back to the street food area near the Kowloon accommodation.

Street Food Kowloon

I can't remember the name of the shop, but it's in that area. It's hard to communicate, just point and click. These shops are outdoors, so there's a lot of cigarette smell. But the taste is delicious, especially the stir-fried chili and salt dishes or spicy dishes eaten with beer. I give it a full ten points, no deductions.

Day 3 Worshiping Buddha

  • Yaumatei Tin Hau Temple
  • Hung Hom Kwun Yam Temple

We, the sacred circle, must apologize. We have no knowledge at all about the methods or details. We went to worship as usual, like worshiping Buddha and asking for blessings like we do in our country. But we met a tour group from Thailand who were in the spirit of the superstition, coming with everything, both going left and right. So we followed them as much as we could.

Nan Lian Garden

Map : Nan Lian Garden

It was quite tiring to find it because construction was underway and the main entrance was closed, so we had to go around. Then we went to another roundabout and found the entrance. The garden is very beautiful, clean and tidy. On the opposite side, there is a shopping mall where you can go to cool off. I recommend going on a day when the sun is not out.

Riverside viewpoint

I recommend finding a place to cool your ass because the beer shop is far away. If you go, buy some to make it worth it. Oh, and bring some ice because it won't be cold when you get back. Or you can bring a cold glass, which will do the job. If you wait for the symphony to start for a while, you can walk back to your room and have some beer.

Here, there is Grab/Line Man where you can order food. So we tried ordering food to be delivered to the hotel. The person who delivered the food was a guest (Bang) who rode an electric bicycle to deliver the food. I was confused. Can foreigners ride electric bicycles?

Day 4 Central

Today, we will try taking a tram to see the city on the Central side, which is something we have never done before. We took a boat across and randomly found our way to the tram and bus, just randomly getting off wherever we wanted. The view of this area is beautiful, with an old-school development.

End of day 4, first time eating goose, very juicy. The next morning, call a van to pick me up and take me to the airport. End of the trip that tends to be eating and getting drunk. Here, there will be a lot of walking. Definitely walk 10,000-20,000 steps. I recommend finding shoes that can handle it. cu next trip.
